(a) Cancellation of your order, return of models (Cancellation Policy - For 3d Printing Orders)Due to the nature of our services, you cannot cancel your order after it goes into production. Orders that contain non-refundable items are still cancellable; however note that refund or cancellation will not apply to items in the order that are non-refundable. If ordered on an account once an invoice has been requested, any cancellations must be received within 4 hours. Failure in sending miniature dubai written confirmation of the cancellation will result in the order being added into that accounts.
